About the role
As a Care Assistant at Bloomfield Care, you'll play an important role in helping people remain safe, happy and independent in the comfort of their own homes. You'll provide personalised support with everyday activities, including personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility and companionship, while building meaningful relationships and making a genuine difference to people's lives.
We provide care between 7:00am and 10:00pm, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts during these hours. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team where your contribution is valued, and you'll receive the training and encouragement needed to feel confident and supported in your role.
What we're looking for

- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including every other weekend
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided
- Must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available
